Joe Truckenbrod, now Owner and Certified Operator, originally served as General Manager and continues to lead the company with a commitment to setting the industry standard for quality service and customer satisfaction.
After beginning his career in corporate pest control, Joe saw firsthand how customers often received rushed, checklist-style service from larger companies. He believed customers deserved better. That belief became the foundation of Russell Pest Solutions: providing pest control that focuses on each customer’s specific needs, not just a standard routine.
